By purchasing the services of Logo Design Twister as a client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including those terms and conditions incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these terms and conditions stated here without modification, you may not use the services provided by Logo Design Twister. Logo Design Twister may modify these terms and conditions at any time.

All prices listed on Logo Design Twister are in US funds. All work must be paid in advance prior to any design work commencing. Clients purchasing Logo Design Twister's service must pay for the service online via credit card, paypal or offline via telephone, certified check or money order. If you pay by credit card, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number and your credit card billing address when you register as a client. Logo Design Twister will email the client a receipt for the transactions once successful.

The client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text furnished to Logo Design Twister for inclusion in the design samples do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another organization. The client will hold harmless, protect, and defend Logo Design Twister and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
 
Logo Design Twister guarantees the artwork provided to clients are uniquely created by Logo Twister. By purchasing the services of Logo Design Twister, the client understands the artwork provided may resemble a copyright image. Should a case as this arise, Logo Design Twister will re-design the artwork..

All final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited and royalty-free use of the artwork upon payment of all fees. Logo Design Twister retains the right to display the artwork in their portfolio and advertising materials unless we have received a written request to be removed or denied from inclusion in our portfolio. The client is free to register his/her logo and/or artwork created by our firm under his/her name or trademark.

Logo Design Twister shall not be responsible for any delays, interruptions, errors, omissions that may occur on the Web Site. Logo Design Twister reserves the right, but shall not be required, to correct any delays, interruptions, errors or omissions. Various circumstances may prevent or delay availability of the Web Site, therefore, Logo Design Twister makes no representation, warranty or covenant that the Web Site or Service will be available at all times or at any time. Logo Design Twister shall not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may result.

Logo Design Twister reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate client’s access to all or a portion of the service, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of such termination, Logo Design Twister will work with client to determine the amount of any refund (if any) to be paid to client as a result of such termination. Should client’s use of the service result from client’s material breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement, client shall not be entitled to any refund, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties.
